Everything I ever need to know, I learned in Physics class.
It seems funny to say that. To most of us physics was either a class we avoided entirely or, if forced to study it, thought of it as the exclusive realm of scientists sending rockets to the moon or keeping roller coasters on their tracks.
I am here to bring the science of physics into the realm of everyday life.
Sending a rocket to the moon or keeping a roller coaster on its tracks requires many exacting mathematical calculations.
It is this constant need to measure and calculate that makes physics tedious and boring for the lay person and gets in the way of gaining an understanding of the underlying principles at work.
For that reason, we will do no math here.
We will look at the overarching principles at work and attempt to apply them to everyday experiences.
